Thank you sir, but part 2(iii) (a) of the notification says for applicability of the scheme.  It says that the scheme is applicable to the company who have active account in MCA portal.  But our company is not having active account as it is closed in the year 2002.  We dont have CIN Number.

What shall we do.

Pl. let me know procedues and forms in which to close the company.  we have closed the company in year 2002.  till date no activities is done and hence accounts are not maintanined and not audited.

Pl. clarify.
