You need to fill up the requisite application form available on website of  SHICL (STOCK HOLDING INDIA CORPORATION LIMITED) and submit the said form along with cheque amounting to stamp duty payable with nearby Coorporation Bank. Bank in return will give you a certificate evidencing payment of the stamp duty. Views of learned members  solicited to make it more exact.
