hi! is it compulsory to send e return physical acknowledgement to banglore even if it contain digital signature?

No, if you have filled the return using digital signature then u need not to send it to CPC banglr
It has been stated in the Digital return to do that and it is advisable to do to send it by registered post

Is it???? I dint know that.
But we have never sent any e-return acknowledgement which has been digitally signed.
We even regularly get the intimations u/s 143(1).
