E-PAN password
can I apply E-PAN if i have only year in the place of date of birth . if yes then how could i open the PAN allotment document since its password protected and its password is DOB.

Your aadhar card printout would have only year of birth... but the aadhar database has full date of birth only.
If ur mobile no is linked to your Aadhaar then u can download E-Aadhaar which will surely will have DATE OF BIRTH IN FULL
