just wanna know how seriously should we take E Mail IT Notices. Or should wait For physical Notice to take proper action or reply.???

In current scenario, Email Notice also consider as physical notice... So, Don't be wait for Physical Notice...
You may also request for Notices or Demand orders from Income tax Portal , which will be sent to your registered email id for your re confirmation
