Please let me know whether E form 2 (For Share Allotment) is mandatory to file as the companu has been formed or the same is optional ? ?

If your query pertains to shares subscribed by the Subscribers to Memorandum, pl note that it is not allotment of shares and hence return u/s 75 of CA 1956 is not applicable.

Agree
For Subscripition to MOA & AOA at he time of Incorporation it is nor mandatory not optional no required to file the form.
