Hello Friends
One of my client has company incorated in 2008 year with authorised share capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- and defaulting in filling annual returns and Balance sheet with MCA since its inception i.e. for 09-10,10-11 ,11-12 financial Year.
Now my client wants to activate the Company. Please tell me what will the amount of filling fees and penalty upon it.
