Hello Friends

 One of my client has company incorated in 2008 year with authorised share capital of Rs. 1,00,000/-  and defaulting in filling annual returns and Balance sheet with MCA since its inception i.e. for 09-10,10-11 ,11-12 financial Year.

Now my client wants to activate the Company. Please tell me what will the amount of filling fees and penalty upon it.

Additional fee to be levied for delays in filing Forms other than Form 5:-
 
 
Period of Delay                                                          Fixed rate of additional fee
 
Upto 30 days                                                                Two times of normal fee
More than 30 days and upto 60 days                       Four times of normal fee
More than 60 days and upto 90 days                      Six times of normal filing fee
More than 90 days                                                       Nine times of normal filing fees
 
 

In your case since delay is more than 90 days :

 

Additional fees payable shall be 9 times of normal.

is it maximumm fees or minimumm fees ?
