dear sir my charge satisfied on 4th august 2018 and I have filed it on 18th september , do we require to file
condonation
according to me, sec 20 of companies amendment act 2017 notified and made effective on 5th july
experts please share and guide in this regard

Dear Sir..... Section 82 (1) says tat company or charge holder allowed to file satifsction of charge with in a period of 300 days from d date of satifsction.... So u need to go for any condonation...
means no need for condonation
