CHG 4 between 31 to 300 days without filling condonation

dear sir my charge satisfied on 4th august 2018 and I have filed it on 18th september , do we require to file
condonation

according to me, sec 20 of companies amendment act 2017 notified and made effective on 5th july

experts please share and guide in this regard
filling status is showing pending for approval
