Dear Sir/Madam,
What would have to e filed along with ITR for a company not subject to tax audit ? Any statutory reports or anything else to be e filed along with the ITR ?
Any help would be appreciated.

If tax audit is not applicable, nothing is to be submitted. Just the ITR is to be filed.
nothing shall be attached for e-file of ITR-6 for non tax audit companies.
Along with ITR, CA has to file Reports on Book Profit computation in Form 29B ..irrrespective of applicability of Tax Audit...
