I e-filed ITR 4 for one of my client. Refund has been claimed in it against TCS.
A mail confirming the details regarding TCS was sent by IT Dept, Bangaluru.
But the problem is that the attachment sent by the Dept seems to be corrupted and couldn't be unzipped.
So what measures are available with me to further this procedure?

It seems to be technical issue you may need to contact IT Office.

Taxpayer queries on status of ITR-V receipt at CPC, Bengaluru will be answered on 080-43456700 between 9:30 AM to 6 PM between Monday to Friday. The service will be available in English, Hindi and Kannada.
