hi everyone. the e-filing utility i.e. return preperation software for assessment year 2009-10 has not yet been notified. hence you can file physical returns uptill now and for the cases of 44ab returns you have to wait till the utility is notified by the department

It is not possible and if any person does it then he may be held resonsible and rules are very strict for this. Please refer section 197 of Income Tax Act, 1961 for more info.
