For a new start up to work in e-commerce segment what form of business entity should be suggested - LLP or Pvt. Ltd? (Keeping in mind the firm would require start up financing, working capital finnace from banking institutions). The firm would start as an online travel portal to promote Airtickets, Holidays, Package Tours and associated products like Travelcard/ Forex etc. Side by side they want to be involved into software development & software reselling. Can such an entity come under SME & covered under CGTMSE scheme? Please suggest
