The turnover of my company is below Rs. 1cr what is the due date for filing itr for my company???

Presuming you are a Pvt LTD or Public Ltd company but unlisted in stock exchange.
Turnover is below 1CR do no tax audit under 44AB but audit is there under companies Act.
Due date is 30th Sept but it's extended for one month upto 31st October
