is manorahan sufficient or should i use another book with it like vk singhania.please help and someone please tell the imp chapters and strategy to clear this subject.

Sir, Please share your suggestion here if u don't have any porblem, becasue that may be helpfull for other students like me.
For DT- divide the syllabus into two parts- syllabus till PCC/IPCC i.e. heads of income & computation & basic concepts and rest of final. Before starting final syllabus u need to have conceptual knowledge of PCC syllabus. For IDT- finish VAT & Service Tax then customs & then excise. For Costing & ISCA- practice manuals by ICAI & for ISCA module. All the BEst. If u have any query reply.

I had referred TN manoharan for pcc.it just states the provision ,i want a book which apprecaites intention of law maker.i mean gives an idea why law is framed so tat conceptual clarrity can be attained...
is there any such book?

I agree with ketan kumar ... the flow is good and you can revise the entire chapter before exams.. more over in DT you need to get to know the act rather than doing the numerical problems..
