WILL INTERNATIONAL TAXATION BE APPLICABLE FOR OLD STUDENTS FOR MAY 2018 ATTEMPT???

No... it is only applicable to that student who opt new syllabus
International taxation is part of old syllabus also, its just that they have added 3 new topics of international taxation in new syllabus.
