We have received notice DRC-07 for non generation of e-way bill while supplying the goods.
Taxable Value Rs 133000.00
Department issues the notice for the penalty of Rs 5000.00 under each head.
Please clarify that what are the things to be done after crediting the cash in Electronic cash ledger.

Set off the payment in drc-07
Plenty paid under DRC against
After the amount gets credit to your cash ledger.
Adjust the payment through gst portal. Go to gst,gov.in> User Services> My applications> Intimation of voluntary payment DRC 03
