I want to know how shall I prepare drafting , appearances and pleadings subject? I am comfortable with theory, meanings conditions etc but to prepare deeds. I mean specimen of deed of sale by a certified guardian of a Hindu minor, specimen agreement of employment of manager of a business concern etc.
My attempt is due in June 2013
Hey Deepali Just go through the module only do'nt prefer any other book because the module is very good. For deeds and agreements practice their basic format as almost all deeds and agreements have same format only conditions and covenents keep changing so read carefully conditions etc.
This subject is a good scoring subject.
