Till now excel utility for ITR1,ITR4S only released and remainin may be released shortly

Would you tell me the NO ACCOUNT CASE in ITR 4 what is the limit of income for the same.

& for Income from Commission ITR form 4 is applicable or not.( Total receipts are 2,80,000/- ) TDs 28,000/- deducted.i want show refund. Shall i fill all like P & L & B\S. or not. Kindly advice.

Sir its not Excel Link. Only ITR1 & 4S provided by Govt are available evrywhere. Link takes us to pdf link.

ITR 4 IS APPLICABLE FOR COMMISSION.IF UR NET PROFIT IS ABOVE RS. 1.2 LAKH , THEN U HAVE TO FILL PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNT.BALANCE SHEET IS NOT NECESSARY.

JUST SHOW BREAK UP OF EXPENSES ON TELEPHONE , CONVEYANCE ,ELECTRICITY , SALARY AND FILL ITR 4. U WILL GET UR REFUND.
