can anyone help me in clarifying my doubts
latest law amendments states that for section 25 and section 31, ROC replaced central govt. as new authority
so, in the case of public company converting into pvt.company i.e sec 31, is it necessary for public company to obtain permission from central govt ? or it should apply to roc regarding the same with special resolution?
