Doubt in ITR-V in the verification field?

The capacity in which you sign you should write

In case of Individual it can you yourself or Authorized signatory

In case of HUF it can be Karta or Authorized signatory

In case of Partnership it can be Partner or Authorized signatory

In case of Company it can be director or Authorized signatory

In case of you yourself is filing the return and submitting the same you can write as follows:

I further declare that I am making this return in my capacity as (my name) and I am also competent to make this return and verify it.

Whose name shall be mentioned in the verification part for return of income of minor having income from TV shows?

Sec 140 of the Income Tax Act 1961, which contains information regarding the person authorised to sign/verify the return, does not covers the case "minor" assessee specifically. So in that case, residual clause (f) shall be applicable. It states that in case of any other person, assessee himself or any other person who is competent shall sign/verify on his behalf.

So in my opinion, Since minor cannot sign/verify himself, his return can be verified by either by his parent or legal guardian or some other competant person who is managing his affairs. 

However, one should not forget to register himself as "representative" by logging into the minor's page on income tax website and should upload the required documents as proof of the credentials before filing and verifying the return of the minor.
