I just wonder whether directors will have to file DIR-3 again in 2019 after filling in 2018. There was email received from MCA last time asking for KYC but this time no email received so far. Please reply if directors have to file DIR-3 again and the last date of filling this year. Thank you.

If you see the DIR-3 KyC form help kit 'Purpose of the eForm' it says MCA will counduct KYC of all directors of all company annually through the e-form, so yes you need to file DIR-3 KyC annually every year. Although the new form is not yet uploaded on MCA
