Do i need to file DPT 3?
OPC pvt ltd accepted loan from director and relative of director with declaration ..do i need to file DPT 3?

As per the notification dated September, 2015, a private Company can accept the loan from its directors and relatives of the director, provided that loan shall be given out of the personal funds and not by borrowing from the other banks or public financial institutions. And such amount details shall be disclosed in the Directors Report.
No need to file any DPT 3
