How much dividend can be declared by a private limited company? and what are the provisions about DDT?
Please reply
Dividend cannot be declared by a pvt. ltd. company. Dividend can be declared only by a Public Ltd. Comany as per Companies Act, 1956. So no case of DDT arises.
