A Director disqualified u/s 164(2), he is also director in another company, they expect him to resign.. what are the procedures need to be done by company to resign the office by disqualified director..?
pls suggest me.. want to resign he also. so

If the director is disqualified under sec 164(2) Company is required to initiate procedure to vacate his office. DIR 11 should be filed.
