disqualification of director

DIR-9 is file if director is disqualifies u/s 164(2) and
DIR-12 is file when there is change of any details of director or change of director.

Dear sir, in my company director is disqualified u/s 164(2) in financial year 2016-17 in that year board has mention that disqualifiation of director in his report.but due to negligance of the company has not file dir 9 upto the date.but now comapny has file dir 12 for disqualfication of director.now at present sitution can company file dir 9 from current date? please help me in this case
