Neutral Budget more bending towards populism rather than growth

STCG increment and allowing STT as deduction
as per me should be opposite

Good budget for individul but what about election they want chair in assembly in next election last four years FM was sleeped and he wake up and gives some rewards to citizens just like carrots

Right budget at the right time. Basic necessities are given prime consideration which it was desired. Budget may not be good for foreing investors but this budget will strenghthen the country

Nice budget. He could have addressed preponement of IT return due date. Benificial to personal income tax payers.

This has been a very good budget .. excise duty cut, much more spending on education, tax slabs revision, BCTT abolishment, reducing scope of FBT etc. will do good.. 60000 cr. loan write-off is a political move but really very bold step.. at this stage of Indian economy we can afford it..

An antcipated populist budget (write off of farm loans and raising of basic non-taxble limit) before elections next year. Therefore no surprises.

The FM is banking on tax collection improvement to realise his proposals to succeed.

The excise duty reductions may give a fillip to otherwise slowing down economy.
