i think in this budget fm considered only his party's vote bank.
60000 cr loan waiver scheme will convey the message "be honest its a benefecial policy"
not so development oriented & differ fromm all previos 4 bugdet which mr P. chidambaram announce.
so i will give 45% marks to ths budget.
