Under 274(1)(g) that he is not disqualified under that section regarding default in filing returns and accounts.
Under section ......, that he totla directiorship has not exceeded 15 in total.
Disclosures under section 295 to 300.
Also make disclosure under takeover Code and Insider Training Code . format may u get from annexure of this code. and some general discosure necessary for insider trading and takeover code.
