Hi freinds,
Whether the income earned and received out side India by way of salary or business income by a NRI is to be disclosed in ITR. If so where shall be it disclosed?

If it not taxable in India then the same need not be disclosed in the Income Tax return.
However care should be taken to select the appropriate residential status while filing the form.
No disclosure is req as for NRI Income earned out of INDIA is not taxable in INDIA.
