The same is not applicable as yet. It has been approved in Lok Sabha. Approval in Rajya Sabha is awaited. After approval in Rajya Sabha to be approved by President.

Further it will be listed in the official list of Gazett of India.

This was fabulous one.. i have book marked it and indeed a very usefull one..!! Apart from this many congos to u for being a part of CCI for last 4 years... @ renu - maza aa gaya reply dekhke toh.. I seriously dont understand that even after so many repeated complaints Admin is not taking any harsh action against :CA CLUB MEMBER: instead of just deleting his post. What funny thing is that he changes his name, Profile pic and troubles ppl. The other name is :Departed soul:
