Director's interest

It is compulsory to conduct first BM within 30 days of Its Incorporation??and file MGT 14 in next 30days?

Dear Santosh,

As it is compulsory to conduct meeting of board within 30 days of incorporation as per section 173 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per section 184, every director shall disclose his interest in first meeting of board in which he participate as director and file extract of taking note of directors interest with ROC within days of board meeting.
