First of all make sure that you are done with amendments and recent case studies as provided in the RTP.

Then make try to go through with the Practice Manual and your summary notes.

In exam attempt every questions even if you don't know the exact answer but atleast you can write the relevant case laws and sections.

When you see the paper just manage your time to attempt those parts in which you can answer good and dedicate rest of the time in writing in which you less what atleast can write something relevant.

If you are getting 39 that means you are scoring less than that.

Write your paper with proper notes and briefings.

All the best...!!!

do 100% of following :

1) wealth tax = 10 marks

2) TDS / TCS = 8 marks

3) Assessment procedure + penalty = 12 marks

4) Charitable trust = 10 marks

5) Amendments & cases = 20 marks

total = 60 marks, usme se 40 toh jarur ayenge usme se. but do it 100% leave everything else.

Chill and be relaxed .. do not get over excited if the paper is easy or tensed if the paper is tough.... Just allow your nerves to calm down, all these months of hardwork will definitely yield good result, if your more relaxed... Good wishes...
1. Summary module + Vinod gupta Sir book's past year question paper. 2. presentation 3. re-read what you wrote in exam ...may be you do some mistakes in hesitation which you hadn't notice n which are creating problems. 4. Don't panic ...even Sachin has 90's fear when he used to play ... So just relax n make your self convince that you can do it and you will surely score 50 this time.
