Digital signature certificate error message

Dear All,

Even i faced the same issue.. The solution is different for different browsers. I suggest you to use Mozilla Firefox as it is stable and works smooth compared to Internet Explorer and Chrome..

1. In case you are using Internet Explorer - Go to "Tools", under "Internet Options", click on "security" tab. Change the Security level to "Low" or lowest possible. Now try uploading DSC. It works

2. In case of Mozilla Firefox - Go to "Tools", click on "Add-ons". Go to "Plugins' tab. There, "enable" Java(TM) Platform. Once u enable, u can submit the form with DSC and this works. Tried and tested..

Still not working, now I Tax Website  displays - Invalid Digital Signature Certificate. Please retry.

better u change ur browser to mozilla or see ur validity of DSC.

There might be an issue with the root CA Certificate then.. this might be a possible reason and not sure. Click on this link https://cca.gov.in/rw/pages/ca_certificates_2011.en.do;jsessionid=FCA17529DBD99E58136C42AA5F9CB248

Depending on your DSC provider download the root certificate.. it may work.. Moreover, make sure u are using Mozilla Firefox, you have enabled java plug-in (provided u already have java, otherwise u may need to download it and then u can enable it)

This was a problem on ITD portal end. DSCs should work as before now.
