Diff books for diff audit topics(CA Final). . .

What man....so many people just viewing and not replying.....I thought we had a huge fraternity helping each other....

I have recently qualified as a CA.I can tell u that I found Padhuka very comprehensive in its course content.So,u should analyse the type of questions that are asked in the paper of Auditing from Compilation/Suggestive Answers and study from Padhuka.That would be enough as they are asking many previous examination questions in Audit.

Please offer any suggestions that you have for revising the bulky Padkuka book in a better way since you have studied from that book only...

I suggest that u study the important case study questions like those on Professional Ethics and AS etc. along with only the previous examination questions from Padhuka...No need to study every single question from Padhuka..Only previous exam ques. of only the important topics..That along with perseverence and determination during 3 hrs. of exam would surely help u sail through provided that the Insti. evaluates ur paper correctly...

Auditing is a vast subject. You can expect anything of practical aspect in the Audit paper. So the more you are involved in the practical aspect of it, the more knowledge you will have.

Padhuka Publication book is very good for study. Also your knowledge about Companies Act, Acc. Standards etc. will help you in getting good marks in Audit paper.

Go for padhuka if u have enough time

Surbhi Bansal if u r running short of time.

and V K Agarwal if u have no time.

And againg if have VKAgarwal then also try and cover Company Audit and Professional Ethics from Padhuka......

I believe theory papers will get us going since practical papers are uncertain...

u cn refer vk agarwal for case studies n fr rest surbhi bansal is  gud..

even i am confused , yaar i have surbhi bansal but  i dnt like it at all, i m planning to buy padhuka or vk agarwaal, padhuka is very bulky comparatively v k agarwal seems to be good so please guide yaar what to do????

The new book on audit by AS FOUNDATION has now been updated by a new author AARTI LAHOTI 

now the book is good .. in fact better to study as it now contained the aspects which were missing earlier
