I had started my new business of medical I don't have gst number can I sales medicines without GST NO for some days

yes, you will come under scope of gst
when your turno ver will cross 20 lakh
or when you will do inter state sale
when your turno ver will cross 20 lakh
or when you will do inter state sale
u need not to register until your sales or purchase crosses 20 L
sir for medical concern your sales in MRP RATE .so if your turnover exceed 20 lakhs you have to be regd...but on part of medicine in life saving drugs you need to be regd for your safe business....
