My IEC application has been rejected because the bankers certifcate is not as per format...now how should I re attach the new bankers certificate and submit the appl. form?

Instead of bankers certificate, tou can submit the cancelled cheque for IEC registration.
My IEC application has been rejected for some reasons. Now what should I do? How to reapply?
