Details are to be contained in delivery challan while moving goods from one job worker to other job

I have a question on delivery challan. 

as a principal employer, im moving goods from one sub contractor to other sub contractor. what are the details to be mentioned on the delivery challan which will be prepared by 1st Job worker?
