Delhi classes?
I am in delhi, I have not done classes anywhere yet for direct taxes. Should I take manoharan sir's class? And are there any classes in delhi? I have nov 2014 attempt.

Since your attempt is in November 2014, it is advisable to attend May 2014 batch, as you will be requiring to study Finance Act 2013 and this will give you opportunity to revise for your examination with reasonable time at your disposal. Yes, T N M is one of the fine faculties and you can think of attending his classes.
Does he take classes in delhi? And should I revise once before taking his class or he teaches from scratch
