Deletion of Additional Director Status from MCA Master Data

Dear All

We have filed DIR-12 to regularize Additional director after AGM but on the MCA portal details of director as additional director still Continues. What is the compliance required to delete the name of director as additional Director??

As mentioned above, check whether receipt has been obtained on filing the form.

Also check the transaction status in your MCA login. If transaction doesn't say "approved", then your form has not been paid for.
