Could anybody explain about WHT(with holding tax) and CVD?
I need to preapre Taxation ppt in my office... could anybody help me in this...

Withholding Tax is the tax hold from the payment made to the payee by the payer, like TDS.
CVD is the counter veiling duty which would imposed to counter balance of taxation impact. likewise CVD imposed on imported goods to create a balance with the duty paid domestic goods to ensure a healthy trading
