One of my office clients has paid insurance for his grandaughter will this be considered as a deduction u/s. 80C
Also, if the deduction is available them how much one can claim if he is paying for 2 or more grandchildren

Assessee can claim deduction of Insurance Premium (other than of Mediclaim) if the policy is of his or his spouse or of his children.., Grand Daughter/Son are not mentioned.... So, can't claim benefit that premium... :(
