Are there any requirements of compulsory transfer to reserves while declaring dividend?

Under the CA 2013, the rules for compulsory transfer to reserves has been done away with...so now there is no mandatory requirement of transfer of a certain % of profits to reserves.....the same now depends on the discretion of the Company....
