1) Duration for theTraining is 15Months under any PCS or company, According to Recent Circular you may take Training of 6 months out of 15 months in any Financial institution or a Law firm or a management consultant.which are registered with the Institute for imparting 6 (six) months training, on the basis of sponsorship letter issued by the Institute.
2) Its up to you when you want to start, you will bwcome eligible as soon as you pass your executive examinations( Both Group._
3) you can take training in a law firm only for a Period of 6 Months, Rest you have to complete under any practising company secretary or in acompany.
