If u register  after  within 01.09.2011 to 31.12.2011, u ll be eligible for any two module in June 2012 exam.

There is no boundation for module, it must be ANY two.

Registration Fees for Executive ( foundation) is 6500 and if direct admission admission to Executive then its Rs. 7000

In case of Professional its Rs. 7500

U can download CS Professional form online but for enrollment purpose u have to visit ICSI
