no u cannot claim anny exemption of CA's articleship into CS one.. u have to do that 15 months training in any law/CS firm.. good luck

After passing CS Executive, you will get training forms from the Institute / can download from ICSI website. The form is used for training registration or exemption as the case may be.

If you are eligible for exemption, you can submit the said form, along with attachments. The Institute will consider it and inform you accordingly.

The training exemption criteria is as per the CS Regulations 1982 (as amended). Refer the Regulations at https://www.icsi.edu/Member/CSRegulations/tabid/1590/Default.aspx

You can get exemption only if you have the relevant experience like e.g.,secretarial,finance and not just any experience.

No. you need  to have a three year experience in executive level job to claim excemption from ACS  articleship.
