Could nyone guide me as in what are the procedured and formalities for getting enrolled fior the CS Excecutive program? I am totally new to CS so I have no idea at all.

you should got the nearest chapter and buy prospectus of CS Executive.

No need to submit any form is to ICAI? Coz for i heard for B.Com u have to submit some form.
Ya if you doing your article (CA)
you have to fill the form 112 and had to intimate ICAI regarding CS course.
