kindly help me out, i got registered in 2008 in cs executive exam , but was unable to give any exam.i want to atempt for in june 2012 but do not have any info how to prepare , how to send response sheets, what about cc training and how to apply for exam

You should visit your nearest ICSI chapter to check your registration status and the info about response sheet etc. In case it is expired then get yourself re-registered (Recommended). Arrange new ICSI study books and purchase a Scanner for starting preparation.
