Hi Ram,

There should be 8 months of gap between exam & registration, 1st u need to clear SIP programme (those who have registered after sep-2009) & CS computer exam after completion of all formalities you can appear for attempt.

YA U CAN APPAER FOR CS DEC 12 EXAM AND LATER AFTER EXAM U CAN APEAR FOR SIFY ONLINE EXAM AND ALSO SIP...MY FRIENDS HAVE APEARED DIS WAY...CAN ASK TO ICSI OFFICIALS AT COLABA.
