Dear Jeet,
Payment of exam fee in cash is very much possible. However some times they create "NATAK" to accept cash to avoid counting etc as acceptance of DD is very easy for them. If you humbly request them to accept cash then they'll respond positively.
Howver i would advise you to deposit fee through DD to avoid any problem.

Yaar Rahul i haven't received my CC certificate uska to chal koi nai wo to bad me a jaega par computer certificate be nai mila abe tak aur koi bta rha tha ke provisional submit karwa sakte hai par abe tak wo bi nahi mil rha to form kaise baru yaar kya mention karo form mae??????

IF U HAVE NOT RECIEVED COMPUTER CERTIFICATE OR CCC THEN ALSO U CAN FILL EXAM FORM..........BUT AS SOON AS U GET THESE CERTIFICATES......SEND THE PHOTOCOPY TO ICSI OR AS IT DEEMS FIT TO U

YES ..........IT IS COMPULSORY........U CAN ALSO FILL EXAM FORM WHERE U WRITE OR TICK "UNDERGONE"

WELL...............I RECIEVED COMPUTER CERTIFICATE AFTER 2 MONTHS....OF EXAM...
BUT...I TAKE MY NIIT-ICSI MARK CERTIFICATE FROM NIIT AT THE SAME DAY AS A PROOF THAT I UNDERGONE THAT EXAM.
