i have tried to make the online payment for Exam Enrollment which was mid-way interrupted after entering all the details of visa-debit-card but before entering password. The last page shows the following message:
Your transaction could not be processed due to one of the following reasons :
--You have used back/forward/refresh button on your browser
--Your cookies may be disabled
--Your session has been expired
--You may be using same browser for different transactions
--Your trasaction has been timed out due to inactive.
However, i have ensured that none of the above being the reason of declined process.
i am unable make the payment by re-entering, as there is no option available.
And unable to proceed further as Exam Enrollment status shows "You already have applied for the examination enrollment."
Kindly provide the solution for making online payment.
i have been trying from 4 days n finally got frustated.
There is no help from from the mentioned id dss @ icsi.edu on the site.
